A leading construction and property firm is seeking a Senior Design Manager to drive design excellence for tenders and live projects in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role requires managing the design lifecycle and overseeing multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil infrastructure and experience in developing design strategies. Candidates must have an HND/HNC or relevant degree and appropriate professional affiliations. This role promotes equality and welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds.
As the Senior Design Manager, you will be the driving force behind the design excellence for our tenders and live projects.
Your primary responsibility is to seamlessly manage the design lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, technical compliance, and timely delivery.
A robust background in civil infrastructure is essential for this role. While experience within the Water sector is beneficial, your core expertise should lie in managing large-scale civil projects.
