- Lead and support a team of recovery workers
- Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care
- Manage risk assessments, incident responses & service development
- Collaborate with your Service Manager to ensure safe, effective delivery
- Balance hands-on support with admin responsibilities
- Leadership & team-building skills
- Experience in crisis intervention or therapeutic de-escalation
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- A commitment to inclusion, empowerment & recovery
