Job summary
A well-established agency is seeking a Stock Control Administrator based in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will manage stock movements, maintain precise records, and provide administrative support. Key qualifications include previous experience in stock control and administration, excellent communication skills, and a confident telephone manner. Qualifications
- Previous experience within stock control / warehouse environment.
- Previous experience within administration or similar.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting involved, must be happy to lift up to 15 kg.
Responsibilities
- Manage goods in/out, stock movements and inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack and prepare equipment for orders and training courses.
- Maintain precise stock records and ensure data is updated timely.
- Support course administration through organisation and tracking.
- Update CRM and provide customer enquiry support via phone and email.
- Contribute to a well-organised, safe stock environment.
