Stock Control Administrator - Stevenage

Location: Stevenage

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (permanent)

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Stock Control Administrator to join a well‑established client based in Stevenage.

Duties of a Stock Control Administrator
  • Manage goods in/out, stock movements and inventory accuracy.
  • Pick, pack and prepare equipment for orders, loan items and training courses.
  • Maintain precise stock records and ensure all data is updated in a timely manner.
  • Support course administration through the organisation, tracking and dispatch of course equipment.
  • Update the CRM and provide customer enquiry support via phone and e‑mail.
  • Uphold a well‑organised, safe and efficient stock environment while contributing to continuous process improvement.
What we would like from you
  • Previous experience within stock control / warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience within administration or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved, must be happy to lift up to 15 kg.
