A leading construction firm is seeking a Planning Manager in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to lead the planning function on major defence projects. The role requires substantial experience in managing complex master programmes and knowledge of various construction contracts. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a construction-related field and excellent skills in planning software. The position also demands strong strategic planning capabilities for resource and logistics decisions, with a focus on delivering high-performing teams.

As the Planning Manager you will lead the planning function and team on a major defence project, responsible for constructing and managing the production and implementation of the fully integrated complex master programme.
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
