With a strong reputation for quality, they are committed to providing top-notch products to their customers and are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join their logistics team. They operate within the logistics, distribution, and supply chain sector.

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, inventory control, and demand planning.
• Optimize Logistics Operations: Manage warehouse, transport, and distribution activities.
• Build Supplier & Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accurate stock levels and forecast effectively.
• Customer Order Fulfilment: Oversee sales order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
• Data-Driven Performance Management: Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Warehouse & Facility Oversight: Manage operations, layout, and safety compliance.
• Process Improvement & Cost Reduction: Streamline processes and negotiate better terms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, sales, and finance teams.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure health & safety and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in warehouse software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of modern warehousing practices.
• Excellent leadership skills managing around 30 employees.
• Strong decision-making and a hands-on approach.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to commute daily to Yeovil, 5 days a week.

• A competitive salary between £60,000 and £65,000 per annum.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
