Job Title: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

A fast-growing FMCG manufacturing and fulfilment business in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to support operations across a high-performing, modern warehouse and cold storage environment.

The Role

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will lead warehouse activity across stores and inbound/outbound operations, ensuring performance targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational growth.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the warehouse team, managing daily labour planning, ensuring stock accuracy and pick performance, and driving improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and team capability. You will work closely with Engineering, Technical, Production, and Order Fulfilment teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

About You

You will be an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager or Team Leader from a high-volume FMCG or manufacturing environment. You lead by example, are people-focused, and are confident managing performance in a demanding operation. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with experience using SAP or a similar WMS. You will be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and standards.
