• Proven experience as a Depot Manager, Workshop Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong background in power generation and diesel generators.
• Confident understanding of generator servicing, fault finding, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall depot operation including service, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and depot staff.
• Ensure generators are prepped, tested and ready for hire.
