To support this journey, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to play a key role in driving operational excellence.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of the stores department. Working closely with senior management, you will help define operational goals and lead the implementation of improvements that support the company’s wider strategic aims.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys making a tangible impact within a small, committed team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the stores department
  • Drive operational efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure accurate stock control, including annual stock counts and investigation of variances
  • Set and achieve departmental goals aligned with company strategy
  • Monitor and control direct costs, including transport and packaging
  • Lead, train, and develop the stores team
  • Establish, implement, and maintain operational procedures and ensure team compliance
  • Report on departmental performance and progress to senior management
