A recruitment agency is seeking a highly organised Service Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to join an operational team in Elsenham. This pivotal role ensures the timely scheduling of field technicians, enhancing service delivery for customers. Candidates must possess strong organisational skills, customer communication experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires adept coordination across multiple departments, contributing to continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating field-based teams.
- Background in fast-paced operational, service, technical, or FMCG environments.
- Strong people coordination skills and a collaborative team mindset.
Responsabilités
- Plan, coordinate, and optimise daily and weekly schedules for Field Service Technicians.
- Manage site bookings, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise closely with Customer Experience team to resolve issues.
