Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport planning, ideally within freight, logistics, or air cargo.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sound understanding of transport compliance and driver regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts or weekends as required in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule vehicle routes for timely collections and deliveries.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor fleet utilisation and adjust plans in real time.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records within the transport management system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
