A healthcare provider in Slough is seeking dedicated Nurses to join their Medical Acute Dependency Unit. This role offers a chance to provide high-quality care for acutely unwell patients. Candidates must have NMC Registration and experience in acute medical environments. The position involves patient care, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and a supportive working culture. We are excited to invite you to join the dedicated Medical Acute Dependency Unit (MADU) nursing team at Wexham Park Hospital, part of the Medicine Directorate.
Our 16-bedded MADU provides high-quality care for acutely unwell patients, with facilities for full cardiac monitoring and non-invasive ventilation. We deliver level 1 and level 2 care for a wide range of conditions, including:
Type 1 & Type 2 respiratory failure requiring non-invasive ventilation
Central and arterial line monitoring
