We are currently recruiting for a Data Delivery Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team at RSA.
The Data Delivery Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive delivery plans that cover the entire data lifecycle, including feature release schedules, dependencies, risk management, and change management. The role involves overseeing governance to ensure projects adhere to timelines, scope, reporting, and budgets. Managing incremental releases of data features in line with programme priorities, and identifying and mitigating risks, interdependencies, and issues throughout delivery are crucial. The role requires applying knowledge of insurance data structures, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices to ensure compliant and reliable data solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex data projects, with strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum, and tools such as Jira and Confluence, is essential. You should have experience managing risks, issues, and change across multiple workstreams. Implementation experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data projects is required, along with knowledge of analytics and BI tools like Power BI. An understanding of data management principles and tools such as Microsoft Purview and Ataccama is also important.
