Job description

Position Summary:

• Role is In Person, In Office, 5 days per week
• Assist in Purchasing Major Packages
• Schedule / Monitor Job Progress with Monthly Cost to Completes
• Schedule Manpower
• Price / Negotiate Change Orders
• Safety Administrator on their Projects
• Perform project management duties in accordance with the Company’s project management template
• Jobsite visits
• Attend Project Meetings as required
• Bulk ordering materials based on layout
• Material and equipment releases
• Other duties as may be assigned

Base package:

• Salary commensurate with Experience
• Annual bonuses based on performance
• Company subsidized health plan – After 3 months
