A charitable organization is seeking a Head of Supported Living to lead and develop high-quality services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. This senior role involves managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing operational strategies. Ideal candidates will have a degree, significant leadership experience in similar sectors, and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. The role includes responsibility for substantial budgets and community engagement.
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing and developing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems. The role ensures that all services are person‑centred, high‑quality, regulatory compliant, and contribute to the charity’s Brilliant Future Strategy and Green Care goals.
West Midlands, Gloucestershire and Hertfordshire – covering Stourbridge, Grange Village & Oaklands Park, St Albans, Delrow, and Watford. The successful candidate will be based at one of the communities and will travel regularly between sites, including overnight stays for quarterly away days and other meetings.
