Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator to support our vibrant Peel Court community in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Estate Manager.

  • Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Estate Manager and team.
  • Invoicing & Financial Administration: Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Rostering & Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including e‑mail, phone calls, and postal mail.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and supporting team projects.
Senior Pensions Projects Administrator – Welwyn (and other locations)

We are hiring for a Senior Pensions Projects Administrator who would be based in one of our offices in Welwyn, Redhill, or Leeds. As a Senior Pensions Projects Administrator, you will be making a difference within our leading pension administration business. You will work with the Project Manager to support project delivery and administrative functions.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software.
