The Role
THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FTC
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for Client Data, working to a high standard, showing initiative and drive, providing day-to-day data support across the Wealth Management Firm.
The Client Operations Data Analyst role will focus on Client Onboarding, Client Account Opening, and working with Client Fees.
The role involves managing client data within the Client Services department, including static data entry, data amendments, monitoring data quality, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring data governance and standards are maintained from the outset.
The Client Operations Data Analyst will accurately input and maintain reference data in the firm's trading system (Figaro).
They will perform data quality checks to mitigate risk and investigate discrepancies related to Client KYC and Due Diligence Data.
When necessary, they will liaise with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure high accuracy at all times.
The Candidate
Experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management industries.
Experience with Client Operations Data, Client Fees, Client Account Opening, and Client Onboarding.
An understanding of KYC and Client Due Diligence processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
A team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
