The team you'll be working with: As a Process Transformation Architect, you will own the operational transformation layer of our client engagements. You'll diagnose inefficiencies, define AI-native workflow improvements, and embed automation at the heart of everyday business operations. This role is central to delivering measurable performance gains and aligning technology with business priorities.

• Analyse and map current-state BPS workflows across domains like Lending, Claims, or KYC

• Redesign processes with a focus on automation, AI agent integration, and digitisation

• Define and track performance metrics such as cycle time, FTE impact, and ROI

• Collaborate closely with tech teams to prototype and iterate solutions

• Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across operations teams

• 8+ years in BPS process re-engineering or delivery roles

• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)

• Strong business process modelling skills (e.g. BPMN, Visio)

• Experience implementing automation or AI workflows in shared services or delivery environments
