• Depth and breadth of experience in Reward and experience of designing and delivering solutions.
• Experience in an in-house reward team in an international context.
• Ability to analyze and model Reward data to form recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation projects including annual Compensation Cycle.
• Work closely with the Head of Compensation to implement strategy and policies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
