Telephone Account Manager

Location: Sheffield and Bristol

Starting Salary: between £36,000 to £41,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

This is a great job for someone who loves building relationships and driving results. If you enjoy connecting with advisers, influencing decisions, and making a real impact, this role is for you. You’ll thrive if you’re confident on the phone, proactive, and ready to use data to spot opportunities.

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our dynamic Account Management team, known for market-leading engagement and support. We work with advisers to showcase Aviva’s protection products and help them grow their business. Using telephony, social media, and digital tools, you’ll deliver value for advisers and Aviva. This role is key to achieving profit and volume targets, so you’ll play a big part in our success.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • The role has a minimum requirement of R01 & R05 or equivalent qualifications. If this is not currently held, R01 & R05 are required to be achieved within the first 12 months of role
  • Exceptional communication skills - can articulate in both written and verbal interactions
  • Confidence in driving conversations that convert opportunities into results
  • Comfortable analysing data to make good decisions.
  • Specialist protection experience in financial services (desirable).
