Sales Development Representative (French Speaking)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, in office 2 days per week)

The Position:

OpenTable’s Restaurant Sales & Services teams help restaurants maximize revenue using front‑of‑house and online reservation technology. We seek a strategic, action‑oriented Sales Development Representative dedicated to ensuring customer success and customer enjoyment.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate sales leads and assist with sales prospecting on the phone to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
  • Implement lead generation programs developed by the Restaurant Marketing team.
  • Craft and distribute sales messages to prospects via traditional mailings and targeted email marketing.
  • Provide general sales support; ensure successful lead hand‑offs to Account Executives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Keep management informed of activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Travel as needed for training, market research and sales initiatives, and attend regional trade shows.
