Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Utilize your sales and upselling expertise to secure new projects and maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placement and project execution.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Foster a deep understanding of the customer journey and implement strategies to optimize client experience.
  • Employ high‑level negotiation skills to secure favorable client contracts and pricing.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on best R&D practices and utilize this knowledge to identify new growth opportunities.
