Manager, Brand Content & Design Projects

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a methodical Designer with a great work ethic and strong communication skills to join our team, someone who can build relationships, stick to a delivery timeline, support the team when the deadlines are upon us, and then celebrate with us!

Our Brand Content team are a lovely bunch of individuals who support each other in creating engaging content that builds strength in our brand, moves our brand forward, and supports our distributors in creating healthy communities.

As a manager in the Brand Content team, you will be working on all content but also focusing on any bigger design projects or campaigns that need close management, such as packaging for new or existing products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing new product packaging and updating current packaging and specifications, including label design that aligns with brand guidelines and delivers product range objectives.
• Managing projects, internal stakeholders, and agencies, ensuring all are accountable for delivering on deadlines.
• Supporting the ideation process to create innovative campaigns to support new projects.
• Creating campaign assets for social platforms, websites, email campaigns, and print requirements.
• Managing brand-style consistency across all channels, including tone of voice, to build strength in our brand identity.
• Working closely with the Snr Design Manager and Producer to deliver on milestone deadlines and end objectives.
• Working closely with our Copywriter and Social Manager to deliver consistency across assets.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Product Innovation, Customer Success, Education & Training, and Events - to develop concepts and improve the creative output for future projects.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements are met on all projects.

Our requirements:

• Packaging and Print creative and technical design experience essential.
• Strong project management and coordination skills essential.
• Experience in multi-cultural/language design experience essential.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Cinema 4D) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of European Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition markets is beneficial.
• Experience with Distributors, Franchisees, or Self-employed business owners is beneficial.
• Being comfortable with a role which is fast-paced and proactive is essential.
• Must be meticulous and open to feedback.
• Degree or certificate in Graphic or Packaging Design.
