A leading serviced office provider in London is looking for a Sales Team Leader to oversee the central sales team and manage sales inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the serviced offices market, and a proven sales track record. This exciting role offers the potential to shape a growing team while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are an expertly designed serviced office provider and have been offering professional office space and services for 20 years - hence our ethos ‘space to be you’, we help encourage our clients to be their very best selves and the same goes for our people. At Orega we have around 100 passionate employees based across the UK, from as north as Aberdeen and as South as Gatwick and Bristol. We have a ‘passion for our people’ and like to make our working days as fun as they possibly can be. The successful candidate is joining at an exciting time as we focus on business growth.
It is a newly created role to support our direction and growth. It is essential that strong relationships are built with the central sales team, sales agents and brokers, supporting the increase of leads and successful sale of Orega’s services. The successful person will be part of and responsible for leading the central sales Team on the day-to-day basis. High levels of customer service and customer satisfaction is a focus of the role helping to meet the expectations and requirements of the customer and our Orega services. The role is to manage incoming sales enquires, effectively communicate Orega’s features and benefits to prospective clients and lead introducers, secure viewings and develop business opportunities across the portfolio. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing the first impression for Orega services and leading the central sales team to do the same.
The role not only entails delivering excellent customer service to our stakeholders and supporting Orega’s ambitious growth plans, but leading the central sales team. Some tasks include:
