A leading construction contractor in London is seeking a Commercial Manager with over 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. The successful candidate will manage fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment and provide support to Junior Quantity Surveyors. This role offers competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, a bonus scheme, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
- Working on high quality fit-out related works within a fast track environment.
- Dealing with Pre-Construction, tendering, and delivery.
- Leading and supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors.
Skills
A forward thinking and established fit-out construction contractor is looking for a well-rounded Commercial Manager to join their successful team in London.
The Commercial Manager will work on high quality fit-out related works within a fast track environment, dealing with Pre-Construction, tendering and delivery, and using strong contractual and payment knowledge to support these activities. Leading and supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors and working closely with a Commercial Director are also key responsibilities.
- 5+ years in a Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management position
- Experience with a variety of contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC)
- Experience with fit-out projects (particularly office fit-outs)
- Preferably experience managing and supporting younger colleagues
- £75,000 - £85,000 salary
