Overview

Head of Sales & Distribution our client is a long established tour operator offering client tour experiences throughout Europe in major cities. We seek a Head of Sales & Distribution with exceptional relationship experience, an analytical mind, proven management experience and commercial driven.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of remote Sales & Account Managers and work closely with distribution partners such as leading OTAs and global wholesalers.
  • Attend major trade shows such as WTM and ITB and maintain relationships with key tourism bodies such as ETOA and UKInbound.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing & Finance and report directly to the MD.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Exceptional relationship experience, analytical mind, proven management experience, and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Proven tourism commercial experience as outlined in the advert.
  • Ability to lead remotely and coordinate with various stakeholders.
