Job summary
A staffing agency is looking for a Temp Cleaning Supervisor in Weymouth, England. The role involves supervising a cleaning team, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensures safe working practices. Candidates must have a Basic DBS certificate. This part-time position offers £12.71 per hour for hours Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the cleaning team to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Act as a hands-on lead and frontline supervisor.
- Respond to issues with cleaning tasks promptly.
- Provide cover and carry out remedial cleaning when needed.
- Manage and approve staff holidays and overtime.
- Monitor work quality and complete quality control sheets.
- Ensure safe and economical use of cleaning materials.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
- Follow safe working practices and company guidelines.
- Undertake necessary training for service requirements.
Skills

- Maintain all cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out following safe working practices and company guidelines.
- Undertake any necessary training to meet service requirements.
