Job Description: Team Manager - Complex and Home Care Clinical

Location: Ellesmere Port, UK

Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Manager for a clinically lead home care and complex care provider in Ellesmere Port. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our customers
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the team, ensuring all care plans are in line with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Manage and monitor budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate care and support for our customers
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of customer care plans to ensure their needs are being met and make necessary adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the delivery of care services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a management role within a home care or complex care setting
  • Clinically trained or a registered nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in home care and complex care
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals
