A global medical technology leader is seeking a Product Support Specialist in Edinburgh to provide clinical support for joint replacement procedures. This role involves training healthcare professionals on Stryker products, auditing inventory, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a medical environment, strong communication skills, and a background in theatre settings. The position emphasizes a commitment to ethics and integrity while representing the company.
The Stryker Product Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures (including robotic surgery with Mako). This role within Stryker UK will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence. Additional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers.
