B2B Sales Account Manager Leicester (Office-Based)
Salary: GBP28,000 GBP30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE GBP55,000+)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to join our Leicester-based team. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with strong telesales experience and a passion for client relationship management.
As a B2B Sales Account Manager, your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships within a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for customer retention, delivering expert advice, and offering tailored solutions to help businesses reduce their operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day using leads provided to you.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on both customer service and solution-based sales.
Identify client needs and present cost-saving opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of B2B telesales experience.
Strong communication and closing skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a sales-driven culture.
