Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in sports and prestige.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Overview

Porsche Centre Preston has a rare opportunity for a Sales Executive to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their award-winning site on the Docklands.

The Role

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
  • Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
  • Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
  • Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
  • Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige), be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Quality awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
