A leading renovation services company in Greater London is seeking a performance-driven marketing professional to take ownership of effective revenue generation strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in managing paid acquisition efforts while enhancing brand trust through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive business growth through data analysis and continuous improvement in lead quality, building a lasting brand presence. This role offers the chance to influence real commercial outcomes and customer experiences.

The role & opportunity
This is a revenue-first, execution-led marketing role.
You’ll be both the thinker and the doer, owning hands-on delivery across performance marketing, CRM, content and brand execution, while working alongside the Founder and a fractional strategist (1 day/week) in a higher-level direction.
We already have a clear view of the strategy we want to pursue. Your job is to execute it brilliantly, improve it with data, and make it work commercially.
For the first 6 months, success is defined primarily by revenue performance, particularly through Meta, while laying the foundations to reduce reliance on paid social over time.
Improve Meta performance and ROI
Sharpen ICP targeting and funnel quality
Raise creative and briefing standards so ads feel aspirational and on-brand
Improve landing pages and conversion paths
Build the foundations for lower paid reliance
CRM segmentation and post-job nurturing
Referral mechanics and incentives
Hyper-local London (M25) marketing initiatives
Ensure leads are warm, qualified, and trust-led
Align brand, messaging and performance activity to attract the right customers, not just more customers
Performance & revenue execution (core focus)
Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google (hands-on)
Brief, test and iterate creative that balances performance with brand trust
Improve funnel performance from ad → landing page → enquiry
Work closely with product/sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Brand Execution (in service of performance and customer service)
Apply and elevate the brand through ads, landing pages, CRM and content
Ensure all outbound and inbound comms build trust and feel aspirational
Translate long customer journeys into clear, reassuring storytelling
CRM, referrals & lifecycle marketing
Own CRM execution, segmentation and post-job nurturing
Turn high customer satisfaction (4.9 Trustpilot) into referrals and repeat advocacy
Design and run a referral scheme with medium to long-term impact
Data & reporting
Own dashboards and performance reporting across channels
Track what matters: revenue, ROI, CAC, lead quality and funnel performance
Report bi-weekly to the Founder with clear insights and actions
Team & ways of working
Line-manage and mentor a junior marketer (organic social & content support)
Coordinate external agencies or freelancers where needed
Stay hands-on while helping shape a scalable marketing operating rhythm
We’re particularly excited by candidates who have:
Experience in services, or trust-led industries (e.g. property, travel, real estate, home services)
Worked with long consideration cycles and warm inbound leads
A strong grasp of ICP-led marketing rather than pure DTC volume growth
Experience in renovation or property is a bonus, not a requirement.

Strong Meta experience, but able to think beyond it
Commercial and numbers-literate - ROI matters
Confident executor who enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end
Comfortable with ambiguity, but not with vagueness
Strong copy and creative instincts, especially for trust-building
What success looks like
Within 6 months:
Clear improvement in Meta ROI and lead quality
Stronger, more aspirational creative and landing pages
CRM journeys live for post-job nurturing
Referral strategy designed and launched
Within 12 months:
Meta ROAS moving from ~1x toward ~2.5x
Reduced reliance on Meta as the primary growth lever
Referrals contributing meaningfully to revenue
Strong brand trust and recognition across London
A scalable, execution-focused marketing function
