Our client is committed to excellence, and we're on the lookout for a Service Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leading business!

  • Role: Service Administrator
  • Start: ASAP
  • Term: Temp for approx. 2 months with the potential for a permanent role
  • Salary: £27K - £29K/£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
  • Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Friday (4pm finish on a Friday and 1 hour lunch)
  • Location: Aylesford (Fully office based)
What You'll Do:
  • Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance.
  • System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes; coordinate amendments.
  • Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting; maintain contractual and H&S compliance.
  • Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams.
