- Previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within the Automotive industry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
- Dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repair.
- Answering calls and emails from customers and work providers.
