Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
• Dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repair
• Dealing with calls, emails, enquiries and reception
• Answering phone dealing with customer / work providers
• Processing new work / claims
• Updating on progress of repairs
• Booking in new authorized work
• Dealing with recoveries

Requirements

• You must have previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within the Automotive industry
