Job Type: Full time – Permanent

Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission

Location: Swansea Contact Centre, The Strand, Swansea, SA1 2AB

Role and responsibilities

We’ll give you training on the rest so you’re ready to talk confidently about all our products and services. We don’t do “hard sales”. The role involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them.

We’ll support you to be successful, with flexibility designed into the role. We’ll do everything we can to ensure you don’t miss appointments or can look after your family in an emergency.
