Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer enquiries, orders, and delivery coordination.
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately in the ERP system.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update product pricing information.

- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain customer records and update product and pricing information
- Handle ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
- 1‑3 years of customer service / order processing experience (F&B, hospitality, trading or logistic industry preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP system (experience in SAP will be an advantage)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Responsible, detail‑minded and able to work under pressure
Working location: next to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
