Job description

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will engage with internal departments and external customers to ensure queries are resolved efficiently, accurately and within agreed SLAs. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly, accurately, and within SLA.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including operations, finance and account management, to obtain information and resolve issues.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and changes are communicated proactively.
  • Process customer orders and requests using internal systems and external customer portals.
  • Handle and resolve complaints professionally, taking ownership to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes or service delivery, contributing to a better customer journey.
  • Support new and existing team members through knowledge sharing and participation in training.
  • Represent Restore Datashred professionally during customer meetings, both virtually and on-site when required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to extract relevant information and identify problems.
  • Competent in standard software packages with a willingness to learn new ones.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multitask, and work independently while handling complaints.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/targets.
  • Proven ability to achieve and maintain KPI targets.
