Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer enquiries, orders, and delivery coordination.
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately in the ERP system.
  • Liaise with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and update product pricing information.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Good command of spoken and written English
Detail-minded and able to work under pressure

Education

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline

  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Maintain customer records and update product and pricing information
  • Handle ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
  • 1‑3 years of customer service / order processing experience (F&B, hospitality, trading or logistic industry preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP system (experience in SAP will be an advantage)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Responsible, detail‑minded and able to work under pressure

Working location: next to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station
