Job summary
A prominent automotive services company is seeking a Service Advisor in Caddington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing service inquiries and liaising with workshop teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dealership environment and a full UK driving license. The position offers an OTE of £38k with opportunities for internal promotions.

- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Ability to upsell additional services and products.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers at the dealership.
- Manage service and vehicle repair inquiries efficiently.
- Liaise between customers and workshop teams.
Skills
Service Advisor Vacancy – Luton (Up to £38k OTE)
Experienced Service Advisor – Main Dealership. Salary: £38k OTE per annum.
Work schedule: Mon‑Fri & Saturdays on rota.
As a Service Advisor you will be friendly, professional, and the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.
- Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Handle all service enquiries by telephone, email, and face‑to‑face.
- Manage the allocation and handover of courtesy cars.
- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Upsell additional works, service plans, and warranties.

- Previous dealership customer service experience is essential.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
