Overview

Service Advisor – Thatcham. Salary: £30k basic + £4k bonus + benefits. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 6:00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests
• Book vehicles for service/repair
• Check in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Hand over the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (DL)
