Service Advisor Vacancy – Luton (Up to £38k OTE)

Experienced Service Advisor – Main Dealership. Salary: £38k OTE per annum.

Work schedule: Mon‑Fri & Saturdays on rota.

As a Service Advisor you will be friendly, professional, and the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all service enquiries by telephone, email, and face‑to‑face.
• Manage the allocation and handover of courtesy cars.
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Upsell additional works, service plans, and warranties.
