Service Advisor – Guildford

Salary: £32,500 Basic, OTE £41,000 (Uncapped) + OT and company benefits

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, NO WEEKENDS

Role:

• Deal with customers booking their vehicle into the workshop; deliver high levels of customer service, find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
• Handle high volumes while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous motor trade experience; may consider someone from an independent garage with knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
• Steady work history.
• At least 2 years’ experience in motor trade advantageous but not essential.
• Pinnacle or Kerridge experience preferable but not essential; experience with dealership system.
• Confident, friendly, professional individual with strong customer service background.
