Overview

My client is recruiting for a Trainee Field Technician who will cover the Slough, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Reading and Thames Valley region. This full‑time role is 40 hours per week and offers full training and support to kick‑start a career in the Water Industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage.
• Locate and trace water leaks using specialised equipment, including listening stick, correlator, cat & genny, ground mic.
• Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day‑to‑day leak detection.
• Assist in the accurate completion of all paperwork (including timesheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required).
• Possess basic computer skills; upload data onto a laptop.
• Hold a full and valid driving licence, and be required to drive for the role.
