Job summary
A national facilities management company in Eastleigh seeks an experienced Electrical bias-Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The position involves planned preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns, and overseeing sub-contractors. Ideal candidates are fully qualified electricians with strong communication skills and a professional appearance. Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete documentation.
- Perform Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.
- Be on a call out rota for out of hours cover.
- Oversee visiting sub-contractors for health and safety compliance.
- Assist with tasks at other properties as needed.
