• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete documentation.
• Perform Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.
• Be on a call out rota for out of hours cover.
• Oversee visiting sub-contractors for health and safety compliance.
• Assist with tasks at other properties as needed.
