As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the client services team and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, high-quality projects. Your role will cut across all business departments, driving collaboration, fostering a customer-first culture, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.

- Experience: Proven leadership experience in client services or account management. Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends is preferable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams. Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
