A local conservation charity in Arundel is seeking a Trading Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and enhance visitor experiences. This role requires passion for service and the ability to adapt to various duties across retail, catering, and visitor services. Opportunities for on-the-job training in customer service and food hygiene are provided. Join us in making a difference for wetlands and wildlife through engaging with visitors and promoting conservation efforts.

- Basic education expected at GCSE level.
Responsabilités
- Welcome every visitor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand key centre highlights to enhance visitor experience.
- Maximise sales through product knowledge and upselling.
- Control stock and assist with deliveries and stock takes.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures using the epos system.
- Work across visitor services, retail and catering departments as needed.
