A leading engineering solutions provider in the UK is seeking an Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and maintain optimal relationships. The role involves developing account strategies, conducting proposal responses, and managing key customer relationships. Candidates should have experience in account management or business development and be willing to travel. This mid to senior-level position offers a blend of responsibilities in negotiation and strategic account maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or business development role is essential.
- Must have the ability to autonomously make decisions.
- Experience with Engineering Services Offload is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an account strategy.
- Manage key customer relationships effectively.
- Conduct bid and proposal responses.
- Attend customer sites as necessary.

KDC Projects require an Account Manager for a number of Customer Accounts. This is a mid to senior role requiring the candidate to work autonomously to build the business and ensure the customer relationship is optimal at all times. This means there is accountability for the maintenance of the account and involvement in bids, work packages, and responses to large tenders.
