As a Bank Registered Nurse at Floryn House, you will lead the delivery of personalised, high-quality care for residents. You will manage clinical care, administer medications, oversee shift handovers, and support your team. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, you will ensure dignity, respect and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

• Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN

• Lead delivery of personalised, high-quality care for residents
• Manage clinical care and administer medications
• Oversee shift handovers and support team members
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to ensure dignity, respect and safety

• Passion for delivering exceptional care and improving residents\' lives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous care home experience is an advantage but not essential
