What You’ll Do

The Regional Sales Executive – SAP Concur offers the opportunity to engage with some of the most dynamic organisations across Ireland and Scotland. As part of a high‑growth market for Concur SMB, the successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact. Success in this role demands a proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the creativity to navigate complex sales scenarios. Self‑awareness and openness to feedback are essential for continuous development.

Tasks and Objectives
  • Own and exceed the assigned revenue quota within the aligned territory.
  • Proactively generate new business through creative prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Drive sales of Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions to new customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales experts for technical and product support.
  • Acquire product knowledge of Concur’s offerings to educate prospective clients.
  • Accurately document sales activities in Salesforce, manage pipeline, and provide timely forecasts and reports.
  • Build a strong understanding of the territory, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and relevant business challenges.
  • Apply effective time and territory management strategies to maximise performance.
  • Contribute actively to the sales team and broader Concur community.
  • Proactively improve data hygiene across our CRM.
  • Share feedback with cross‑functional teams to improve product and sales strategies.
  • Align with marketing, business development, customer success, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and compliance standards.

We’re a high‑performing, supportive sales team focused on driving results – right now we are looking for someone to raise the bar even higher for a 6‑month period. The team is split across four territories, each with clear ownership and the freedom to be creative to make an impact. You’ll be joining a team where success is the norm.
